The Bronx is one of the most linguistically diverse communities in the nation, and at Starling Health, we are proud to reflect that diversity in our care. Our multilingual patient care initiative ensures that every patient can communicate comfortably with their healthcare providers.
Our staff provides care in English, Spanish, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu, and French Creole. From front desk check-in to physician consultations and follow-up instructions, patients receive information in the language they are most comfortable with. All patient education materials, consent forms, and discharge instructions are available in multiple languages.
We also provide professional medical interpretation services for additional languages through certified telephonic interpreters, ensuring that no patient is turned away or left without understanding their diagnosis and treatment plan.
